Now a days many of us are using high resolution monitors say 19 inch or more, and font size appears small when we start to browse websites or webpages.So many of us will have to move closer to the monitors to read whats return over there,which in turn may strain our eyes.
Yes most of us know by pressing shortcut key to increase font size in firefox ” Ctrl and + ” will zoom only that webpage on many of the internet browsers.
So how to increase font size in Firefox permanently for all the webpages that you visit ?
– Type about:config in the Firefox address bar and hit Enter
– If the warning like this appears This might void your warranty , click I’ll be careful, I promise.
– In the search box enter layout.css.devPixelsPerPx as shown below.
– Double click on Value , by default the value is set to 1 , now change its value to desired one and click OK.

Tada you have increased font size in firefox for all the webpages that you open in all tabs.
Note : Setting a too high value will make the webpage looks bigger and too slow makes every thing disappear.
