Bsnl puts new and standardised keywords for activating various offers through SMS. The new keywords list are given below Category of STV New keyword CAT I- Voice call STV VOICE CAT II- SMS STV SMS CAT III- Data STV DATA CAT IV- ISD STV ISD Bsnl also adds that,when customer tries to activate an STV through existing keyword, he will get return SMS intimating the new keyword.
